Delivery

The following delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated in any special offer.

We use We use our own transport, UPN, Royal Mail 2nd class delivery or Parcel Force. Orders are processed within 3 working days.

For deliveries abroad, please contact us to ask for a quotation. Postage will be charged at cost.
Guarantees/Returns

If you are not happy with a product you will be refunded. To claim a refund please return an undamaged item within 7 days of delivery and notify us by e-mail that you are returning it. You will be reimbursed less than a £5 handling fee.

If an item is damaged, please return it within 7 days of delivery and notify us by e-mail that you are returning it. You will be offered a full refund on your account used to purchase the item and your postage costs while returning it. The maximum refund would be x1.5 times the service charge.

The chances of something getting lost in the post are very low, however, returning your items is at the risk of the customer. We recommend you use recorded delivery as refunds will not be given if an item has not been received.

You will need to print out your completed order and send it alongside the cheque.
